By creating an account or purchasing a course at SparkLabs NM ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Courses & Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. In such cases, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions include 1 course credit per billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

SparkLabs NM provides educational workshops on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
