A La Carte Courses

You may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Refund requests within 48 hours of the session are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelled Sessions

If SparkLabs NM cancels a session, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or credit to their account.
